As you serve with your Home Group, you will start realizing the unique Spiritual gifts, Heartfelt passions, Aptitudes, Personality, and Experiences which God is developing within you. This SHAPE helps you determine the specific roles in the church through which God wants to use you to impact friends, neighbors, and the world. Let us help you find such a role within your Home Group to "test drive". You can even team up with those in other Home Groups who have similar SHAPE's through our church-wide "M-Teams" to have a bigger impact.

Our "M-Teams" help people get involved in our world and the life of our church. Wondering why we call them "M-Teams"?

As people begin to explore involvement with our church, we help them MAGNIFY the role of God and His church in their lives. When they start to connect with other believers, we help them discover the meaning of MEMBERSHIP with our local church body. Through our Home Groups, we help our members grow to MATURITY in the faith. Every mature believer learns how important it is to serve in MINISTRY to both fellow Christians and our world. Our church is a sending church. As we go, our MISSION is to take Jesus' gospel to uttermost parts of the world.

Magnify M-Team

Help others explore God and our church so that they form a true connection. We need passionate people to sing, set up behind the scenes, plan activities, and more.

Membership M-Team

Help others connect as part of our church community in a way that fosters a growing faith. We need genuine people to welcome visitors and make new friends, connecting them to a Starting Point or Home Group.

Maturity M-Team

Help our church members grow to maturity with the hearts of servants. We need mature people to disciple others, facilitate small groups, develop training materials, and more.

Ministry M-Team

Help our church serve others compassionately as we send them into our dying world. We need compassionate people to facilitate service in the community, help with administrative duties in the church, fund raising, and more.

Mission M-Team

Help our church go near and far, reaching those in desperate need of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We need skilled people to develop publications, advertise, facilitate outreach training, organize mission projects, and more.
