SALT (Summer Advanced Leadership Training)

Our Summer Advanced Leadership Training (SALT) program is a great opportunity to do just that! You will spend 10 weeks near a college campus where we have a new church or are starting a new one. The first thing you do is get a summer job so you can learn to be a light in the workplace and so you can bring home some cash at the end. Most mornings you will wake up early to spend time in prayer with the whole project.

You will receive extensive training in how to share your faith and will have consistent opportunities to put what you learned into action. Some nights you will spend receiving teaching or training in your Christian walk. Others you will spend doing small group bible studies to build up the brothers and sisters we bring into fellowship or see come to know Christ. Others you will spend doing social outreaches to build friendships with people you meet and to meet new people. We also do a dinner and discussion on questions about God to reach the lost and unchurched.
