Over the years, we learn leadership skill, Bible study skills, ministry skills and people skills. But ultimately, everyone leads from their heart. Unfortunately, many never discover how to examine their heart and slowly fade from being effective in services to our King. As I have gotten older, people are telling me to look out for my physical health. But I have also taken more time to consider the state of my heart. Just as I can look healthy on the outside, but be falling apart on the inside, so also I can give the appearance that all is well with my soul, while crumbling inside. I believe that there are three, perhaps four questions that need to be asked consistently if we want to continue to serve and lead others into the presence of our Lord. Through this seminar I want to leave you with those questions so you too can keep your soul healthy and in step with the Spirit of God.
