Complete prior to Sunday morning:

• the following needs to be brought each Sunday:
  • 2 small bags of donuts
  • 1 large package of cookies
  • 1 gallon of OJ
• buy supplies to put out in the lobby. These supplies can be purchased at the following locations:
  • chai tea - 2 lb container: Sam's Club
  • coffee - maxwell house original in 34.5 ounce can (in a blue container): Sam's Club
  • coffee mate french vanilla and original: Office Depot in Crossroads
  • cups - 12 ounce styrophone coffee cups: Sam's club
  • cups - small plastic cups for orange juice: Sam's Club
  • hot chocolate - 47 ounce container: Sam's Club
  • lifesaver mints - 13 ounce bag: grocery store
  • napkins - colored: ?
  • paper plates - small: Sam's Club

Do before Sunday Morning Worship:

• make coffee (it takes around 30 minutes to make, so start it by 9:30am)
• heat up water for hot chocolate and chai tea (it also takes around 30 minutes, so start it by 9:30am)
• setup snack table
• setup book table
• put metal Grace signs up outside by 10am
• put a trash can near the snack table
• put door stops under the doors to the auditorium
• move extra items out of lobby area and out of sight (chairs, recycle bins...)
• walk around Nelson 3400 and pick up large pieces of trash (cups, newspapers...)
• straighten up the back of Nelson 3400 by moving chairs and extra items - make it look neat
• sweep the lobby area if it is dirty

Do after Sunday Morning Worship:

• cleanup snack table and book table
• put back tables, chairs, stools, recycle bins and other things that were moved
• collect metal signs from outside and put back in the church van
• pick up bulletins, song sheets, Bibles and other items left after the service
