Retreats at Camp New Hope

  • We went to Camp New Hope for a previous Emerging Leaders Retreat (in the Spring).
  • We stayed in houses with bunk beds and no running water. There is a shower house with bathrooms near the sleeping quarters.
  • The cost of the housing is $21/person but we get a 20% discount because we are a non-profit church, therefore the final cost for housing is $16.80/person. There is a minimum charge of ($231 * .8) = $185 per bunk house and each bunk house holds 24 people.
  • Some of the housing isn't heated, but they can put a space heater in there if it is cold.
  • There are window A/C units in some of the bunk houses.
  • The meeting facility is $80 each day of use. It has a refrigerator, stove and microwave that we can use.
