Important Info:

• Be sure to list us as Grace Christian Life - that is our registered student organization name.
• Our faculty advisor is Dr. Gerald VanDyke, phone: 515-2222, Room 2214 Gardner Hall.
• It is best to put an on-campus student contact and an off-campus person like Ed Russ (616-6200) or Matthew Staples (835-1660) as a contact in case there is a problem over a school break.

Reserving Classrooms:

• Williams 2215: fill out a reservation request form in Harris Hall 1000. Once you get approval, you will need to get the key for the building and 2215 room door and computer cabinet (if you want to use the computer and projector in the room). On the reservation request form that they return to you, it should say where you need to go to get these keys (in the past it has been Williams 4210, which is Laura Massengills office).
• Williams Annex 1404: fill out a reservation request form in Harris Hall 1000.
• Williams Annex 1403: sorry, but Janet Roe (a secretary in Williams) said we can't reserve this room anymore.
• Williams 2405: sorry, but it is off limits.
• Nelson 3400: fill out a reservation request form in Harris Hall 1000.
• Dabney 222: fill out a reservation request form in Harris Hall 1000.
• Carmichael: see Mary Barnes in Carmichael 2012 in the annex building.

Reserving Other Rooms on Campus:

• Talley Student Center rooms: go to the 2nd floor of Talley to the reservations office and fill out a form. This office is around the corner from the Ticket Booth on the left side. To find out more information on reserving rooms in Talley, you can go to www.ncsu.edu/student_center/reservations/
• Witherspoon 126 - the multi-purpose room: see Reggie Lindsay in 365 Witherspoon Student Center.
• Faculty (University) Club: call them directly at 833-3365.
• Bragaw Activity Room: online reservation request form
• Dorm classrooms and lounges: get approval from the RD.

Reserving Outside Areas on Campus:

• Harris Field: fill out a reservation request form at the SOURCE in Talley.
• Area outside the Free Expression Tunnel: fill out a reservation request form at the SOURCE in Talley.
• Brickyard: fill out a reservation request form at the SOURCE in Talley.
• Field behind Talley: go to the 2nd floor of Talley to the reservations office and fill out a form. This office is around the corner from the Ticket Booth on the left side. A university grill can be reserved for this area if the grill is not already being used on the desired date. You can ask someone in the 2nd floor reservations office where to go to reserve the grill - in the past we went to Talley 4109.
• Intramural fields: fill out a reservation request form at the SOURCE in Talley, then check with the intramural office in Carmichael 2012 in the annex building.
• Area outside a dorm (ex. Tucker Beach): see the Resident Director for that area. You will need to first look online to find out who the RD is for that dorm/campus area or you can stop by the office for that dorm/area.

How to make a reservation request in Harris Hall 1000:

When you enter Harris Hall 1000 (it will be a large room), walk straight and you will eventually run into a desk and on this desk there will be some forms you can fill out to reserve rooms. Every night they review the reservation requests and return them to the table where the request was made. So, you should know if your request was approved by the next day. Sharon Hush is the one who made reservation decisions in the past (but I think it is Samantha Wagoner now) so if you have any questions, you can contact her. Her office is in Harris Hall 1000 and her email address is samantha_wagoner@ncsu.edu.

How to make a reservation request at the SOURCE:

The SOURCE is the Student Resource Organization Center and it is located on the first floor of Talley in the north west corner of the building in room 1202 (near the bottom portion of Stuart Theatre). You can talk to the person at the desk and then fill out a form outside their office window. If you need to talk to someone in charge, Mike Wallace is the one you should contact.
